Who is God?

God is not a Faith.

God is not a Religion.

God is the Supreme Spiritual Being

He has created all life and flesh and the Earth with Heaven and the moon, sun and stars.
It is impossible to understand the fullness of the existence of God and his power. However, the soul knows that it has a creator: and in times of distress, will seek God for Comfort and Peace and Salvation.

The soul is in distress, when the occurrence of things happen beyond the ability of human knowledge to control such things as weather related disasters, incurable diseases, sicknesses and the things that causes fear that is overwhelming; the soul without hesitation will seek to get acquainted with God its creator.

The soul will call out to God for deliverance, regardless of its gender or status, whether rich or poor, in times of distress.

Scripture:
God is a Spirit and: they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

A Higher Calling

"This one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
__ The Apostle Paul (Philippians 3:13,14)
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:21)

When we resist fighting evil with evil, we are pursuing a higher calling, as the scriptures encourage us to do: "See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. (1 Thessalonians 5:15)

If we allow ourselves to commit hateful acts and engage in inflammatory speech against others to cause them harm, we are causing greater harm to ourselves. The spirit of hate is demonic; it carry with it a heavy burden within the soul of the person it possess, or within the mind of the person it oppress. The spirit of hate imprison the person it holds captive; preventing him or her from freedom and peace. Without freedom, peace cannot exist.

Such a person, lives in a world of darkness. The penalty for this person is that they will reap the evil they sowed.

Those who pursue a higher calling, gain freedom and peace, by learning to put hurtful things behind them: They pursue a brighter future with righteousness that release freedom and peacefulness within their soul.
To pursue Love and Peace, we must find a way to put past events that were hurtful behind: The scriptures instructs us to "Pray without ceasing." And offer to us encouragement to give thanks to God, in every thing, further stating, "This is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
 (1 Thessalonians 5: 15, 18)

In Conclusion

Jesus was hated, lied on, mocked, discriminated against, because he was different, and crucified by those who judged him. Being that he represent A Higher Calling; those who pursue it can't expect to be treated differently than he. Otherwise, it would place them in a position above the Son of God.
In his own words, Jesus stated, "The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? Fear them not therefore: For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known."
__Jesus Christ (Matthew 10:24,25,26)

God's Instructions to Pursue A Higher Calling

Ye have heard that it has been said, "Thou shall Love thy neighbor and hate thine enemy." But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you: That you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:43, 44,45)
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: Old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (II Corinthians 5;17)
Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor; for we are members one of another. (Ephesians 4:25)
And be renewed in the spirit of your mind: (Ephesians 4:23)
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour,  and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. (Ephesians 4:31,32)
"Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies and envies, and all evil speakings," (1 Peter 2:1,2)

God's Protection Plan with His Blessings

"For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you he shall not lose his reward."
__  Jesus Christ  (Mark 9:41)

"And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he was cast into the sea."___ Jesus Christ (Mark 9:42)
"What shall we then say to these thing? If God be for us, who can be against us?"__ The Apostle Paul (Romans 8:31)
The scripture further informs us, Be not deceived, God is not mocked; for whatsoever a  man soweth, that shall he also reap. (Galatians 6:7)

To be clear, the word 'man' is used as to include  the human race.

Steadfast Trust in God

The answer to each prayer, comes to us by means of a process, that is rewarded based on God's judgment to grant or deny that request.

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Galatians 6:9

If you treat others the way you would want them to treat you in your time of need, and show respect to them based on their God-given  Constitutional Rights, that he has created all people to be treated equal, and your trust in God is steadfast, he will not withhold a request from you in your time of need.

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace, to help in time of need." Hebrews 4:16

Words Identify a Person's Character

It is important how we use our words.
Words used without carefully considering the harm they might cause, should never be published.

The words of the wise are carefully chosen before they are spoken, to avoid hurtful feelings.

Words spoken by those who are arrogant, comes from within a soul that is uncaring, unforgiving and unremorseful.

Words Identify A Person's Character
Words of the Wise Are Carefully Chosen Before They Are Spoken
A fool open his mouth and speaks without knowledge.
The words of  fools are unkind. Such people are uncaring, unforgiving, and unremorseful.
A fool is a prisoner of his own soul, one who will never experience freedom.

A Weaker Generation

To become stronger than the things that weakens our character, and breed a generation of people filled with hate for others who disregards all human rights and dignity; committing violent acts against others while showing no remorse will only produce other generations of aggressiveness far more harmful to the human race than previous generations, we must become better people.

In this day and time disrespect for the rights of others, have become a worldwide problem.  Women rights to have their bodies respected are being violated by men who commit sexual assault and battery against them.

Violence in the home and elsewhere has become a problem that the human race must address and take positive steps to control.

Torture under any circumstance used against others is a form of bullying and is a violation of human rights. It is morally wrong to do such things to a defenseless person.
Saying mean spirited things about others are disrespectful.  It cheapens the person’s character that does such things. Such behavior leads to rumors that result in lies that become out-of- control - damage to the character of other people.

In order to become a stronger generation, we must work on our characteristic traits to become good role models in society.

Don’t Be Afraid To Go With the Angels

As we travel upon our path in life, there are two spiritual forces that we must choose from; good and bad. We make a decision to choose either of the two. To determine the right course to follow we measure the quality of life, based on advantages and disadvantages. Where our path leads us to in life is up to us to decide.

I observed four teenagers as they traveled on a street; two were in front and the others remained in back, but kept at a short distant, yet, all four of them appeared to be in conversation among themselves. Soon a traveler on a bike passed by and said “Hello” to the teenagers in a friendly manner, as he rode passed them. In response, one of the teenagers picked up a large rock and threw it at the traveler, coming short of hitting the back wheel of the bike. The other teenager followed in the same manner, throwing a rock at the bicyclist. I cannot confirm where his rock landed

The two teenagers who were misbehaving decided to enter the next street  that the two teenagers ahead of them had taken, and sit in the middle of the street stopping the flow of traffic, while placing their lives in harm’s way and interfering with the progress of others.

During this entire ordeal, the two teenagers in front, continued on their path never acknowledging what the others were doing behind them. They never once looked back.

When an object is used to intentionally cause harm to another individual, it is a disadvantage. There is nothing good to gain from such behavior. To place oneself in harm’s way is a disadvantage, it hinders progress . To choose to do bad rather than good is a disadvantage to both the individual who made such a choice and to others.

Bad behavior has a negative effect upon all involved, whether by choice or if drawn into a bad situation that was created by someone else.

The teenagers who ignored the others by choosing to do good, made a choice that was an advantage; they continued upon their path, making progress for success.

It might appear to be lots of fun to harm others, and to challenge them with fear and acts of violence, but every offense has a debt to be paid. Such behavior leads to more destruction on many different paths, each ending on a dead-end street; resulting in unhappiness and self-destruction.

Choose to do good and let it lead you, as you travel upon your path.  Along the way the angels will guide you to your destination. Don’t be afraid to go with the angels, God is with them.

Finding the Hero within YOU When Facing your Toughest Opponent

Fear of failure is the toughest opponent to face alone. Each person has to find their hero within them.

How you find your hero, is the method you discover, and learn how to use it successfully to accomplish your goal. Without the power of the hero within you, unleashed against fear, failure will defeat you.

The Power of the Hero within You

Faith will keep your mind focused on your goal.
Hope inspires patience.
Courage increase confidence to keep moving forward despite the challenges you face.
Strength is the foundation for sturdiness to prevent falling along the path you travel toward your goal.
Determination does not allow us to give up. It awakens the hero within us to prevent failure.
Boldness gives us power to face our opponent “fear” unafraid.
Authority is the Power unleashed against fear of failure to destroy its components.

Victory is accomplished through the power of the Hero within us.
There is a HERO within YOU

Is God a god of Religion, or is He the God of Life?

Religion separate people while the issues of life that all people share in common, bring them together.

It is the will of God that we live peaceful with our neighbors, with the understanding that some will make it difficult to do so.  However, we must make efforts to give others the same respect we would want them to give us. This prevents negative views of others based on personal beliefs that are judgmental and mistrustful. Such things lead to fear that produces hate toward others that can cause problems in our communities. God is of Life, Love, and Peace

When people come together and discuss their differences based on life issues that are shared, it brings about successful changes.

Prayer Conditions our Character

Healing come through prayers for broken hearts and for physical needs, in many ways.

Today let us touch heaven with our prayers.  There will always be a need to pray for our family and friends, and for those who ask for our prayers.

God is a spirit. Those who connect with him receive spiritual characteristic traits he possess; loving and caring.

Prayer produces happiness, kindness, peacefulness, hopefulness, gentleness, trustworthy, and the things God requires from each of us.

God’s Desires for Us are Complete Happiness, Good health and Prosperity.

Biblical:
Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper, and be in health even as your soul prospers. (3 John 2)

Blessings from God

If evil people know how to give good gifts to their children, how much
more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
(Matthew 7:11)

A Delayed Answer to a Prayer Request

Delayed answers from God means the person making
the request must keep asking until the answer is granted.
Biblical teaching:

For everyone that ask receive, and he that seek find, and to
him that knock, it shall be opened.  (Matthew 7:8)
Note the words seek and knock: they indicate, the person
making the request should never give up.

Guarantee: God is able to back every promise he make.
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man,
that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it?
Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
 (Numbers 23:19)

We Communicate with God through Prayer

Continuous prayers to God strengthen our relationship with him.
God gives knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to those who
have a relationship with him.  Therefore, their minds are competent.
Their judgments are right.  And he provides them with protection.
Biblical:

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory:
No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. (Psalm 84:11)

God Give Power to Create Wealth

Knowledge = Power
We receive from God our educational skills and talents.

Biblical

Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth
and has given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion,
and to rejoice in his labor; this is the gift of God.
(Ecclesiastes 5:19)

The Battle Is The Lord's

You will probably agree, we have very serious problems in our countries. Everyone I have spoken with is tired of war, and loss of lives, and money.

We have been encouraged by generations before us, to pray in times of troubles.
There is no doubt we are living in troubling times. Too many people’ blood has been shed on battlefields and in other places. Sicknesses and Diseases are increasing, despite all the money put in scientific research to find cures. Violence in homes and elsewhere is out of control.

Those in leadership positions are abusing their power. Many of them have no compassion for the people they were elected to serve. Selfishness and greed is a problem in our governments and in other places of financial interests. These are international problems.

Let’s stay connected. Bind with the chain of prayer.
We are not defined by belief or by faith nor religion.
We are family.
God bless you.

The Weapon called COURAGE

Courage comes from a spiritual force within us that makes us determined to continue our journey to reach a goal that we have set before us.
There are times when it becomes difficult to continue when situations occurs that causes us to suffer some great challenges that requires lots of sacrifices; but despite the difficulties we endure, we don’t take our eyes off our goals.

If we get knocked down, we get up! If we stagger, we find our balance. When others are critical of us, and say evil and mean spirited things about us, we shake it off; and keep running and never stop until we reach our goal.

All of the negative things we face, while trying to reach our goals are weapons used to prevent us from reaching them. We have a weapon that will blow every one used against us away. That weapon is called COURAGE. It comes from faith in ourselves, and the belief that nothing can prevent us from achieving our dreams.

“For with God nothing shall be impossible” (Gabriel an angel St Luke 1: 37 K.J.V) When God performs acts that are out of the normal occurrence, we call them miracles. They are the impossibilities having been made possible through the work of supernatural power. However, God doesn’t view his power as miracles, because with him all things are possible.

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Isaiah 54: 17 (K.J.V)

Things We Hate that God Hates

Many of those who are religious people are practicing this same behavior that  they condemn others for.

A Two Faces Attitude
An Arrogant Attitude
False Rumors
False Witnesses
Hands that Destroys Innocent Lives
Lying
Snobbish Behavior
Troublemakers

Evil imaginations causes harm to others.
Such things do not dwell in the mind of
a righteous person.

Lord Make Me Better

Lord Make Me Better
Father God,
Help me to do the things that please you;
That I will treat every person with respect, and not judge others. Help me to see my own weakness and correct the mistakes I make.
Increase my wisdom, to know what is right, that my thoughts and judgments are guided by righteousness.
If I am to love my neighbors as myself, as the bible says I must do; then every person is my neighbor, and I am required to accept every person, in the spirit of peace.
Lord, make me better; that I will treat all people with
kindness, in the spirit of love and peace. Amen

The Earth Reveals God's Power

God thunders marvelously with his voice;
great things does he, which we cannot comprehend.
For he says to the snow, be thou on the earth;
likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain
of his strength.
He seals up the hand of every man;
that all men may know his work.

World Problems

Every prophet God sent to warn each generation presented the same message of how God wants his people to behave.       When Jesus began his ministry he confirmed the message of the prophets:

1. You shall love the Lord your God, with all your heart, and with all your soul,
and with all your mind.
“This is the first and great commandment.  And the
 second is like unto it.”
2.  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

We are to obey God's commandments regarding the treatment of all people.
Every person is our neighbor. We must treat everyone the way we would
       want them to treat us.

The world problems exist due to the lack of those 2 commandments.
Because of failure to abide by those two commandments, people are
committing violent acts against others in great numbers.
Disrespect for the lives of others are seen in homes and in public places.

           The Mirror of the World
The reflection we see in the mirror of the world are these things:
health problems, starvation, violence and disasters caused by great storms.
And destruction caused by other means.

Street violence and wars have taken, the lives of innocent people, and
have harmed others in great numbers.

           This is factual
When God's laws are disrespected in homes, the world suffers from problems
        created.
