IV. Hindrances to receive anything from God
The Natural Body and the Spiritual Body operates as one body. When the Spiritual Body is sick, the Natural Body suffers. For example: Fatty foods can clog the blood vessels -cutting off the blood supply to the heart, causing it to work harder trying to pump blood to the lungs, kidneys and other parts of the body.
The clots- which is caused by stagnant blood that back- flowed in the veins, is a hindrance to the heart-because it is not allowing the blood to pass through the veins. Therefore, the whole body suffers. The sign of poor health becomes noticeable.
In the Spiritual Body, the hindrances act the same. They cut off the flow to receiving God’s blessings. Signs of suffering become noticeable: debts pilling up, marriage problems can occur, lack of communications in a relationship can occur, sleeplessness, poor appetite, disinterested in priorities, experiencing problems on the job and in class.
VII. These Are The "Six Things God Hates." The seventh is an "abomination" to him":
Reference: Proverbs 6:16-19
1, A proud look
2. A lying tongue
3. Hands that shed innocent blood
4. An heart that devise wicked imaginations
5. Feet that be swift in running to mischief
6. A false witness that speak lies
7. He that sow discard among brethren
Definitions:
1. Abomination-extreme disgust and hatred.
2. discard-one that is cast off or rejected.

God Sent Me an Angel
Ellen J. Barrier
Testimony: shared by George C. Barrier Sr.
Injured knee healed:
I was told I had to have surgery on my left knee, due to a serious injury. The pain and swelling was tremendous. The medication my doctor gave me caused a serious illness that was life threatening. I had to take two weeks off my job, after having been there for 16 years, without having missed any days from work. I asked my doctor and the surgeon who was scheduled to perform my surgical procedure, "How long will it take my knee to heal after the surgery?" Their answer was, " It will take lots of physical therapy." "This will take several years." I asked them, Will I gain my strength back, after the surgery?
After listening to them explain the procedure, I understood, if I went though this surgical procedure, I might be worst of, than I was. Although presently, I was in lots of pain, and was loosing my balance. I had fallen a few times. Once I received a very serious injury. I decided to postpone the surgery and pray for my healing.
My wife and I, along with our family, prayed for my healing. A few days after I had postponed the surgical procedure, I returned to work. Since then, I haven't fallen. God sent me an angel. I am able to do things I did, before the injury.
Scriptures:
Who his own self, bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
1 Peter 2:24
Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me: for my bones are vexed.

The Lord Is My Shepherd
Ellen J. Barrier
God Has Done Everything For Me
Shared by Zelma Cyphers
God has done everything for me. He blessed me with a home. And he has healed me in times of sickness. I was hospitalized several months ago. I am now, able to take care of myself, and do the things that, I want to do. I feel very blessed. The Lord is my shepherd. I experience this teaching daily.
Scriptures:
Psalms 23
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures:
He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul: he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death. I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.
you prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoints my head with oil; my cup
runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

The Birth & Death Of Jesus Christ
Ellen J. Barrier
Scriptures Provided By: Gladys M. Hayes
And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. (and this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, everyone in his own city.
And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; ( because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there were no room for them in the inn.
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And lo, the Angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the Angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the Angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God, in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the Angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
And when they had seen it, they made known abroad this saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all those things and pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
Luke 2:1-20
Spoken Of The Lord By The Prophets
Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the Angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: and knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
Matthew 1:23-24-25
*Among the Hebrews, marriage according to their law-could not be broken, except by a bill of divorcement, legal documents and contracts, specified.
Jesus Christ Flight Into Egypt
And when they were departed, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt and be thou there, until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him. When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: and was there until the death of Herod.
Matthew 2:13-14-15
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

Popularity of Jesus
Jesus Christ, is by far the most popular individual there ever will be. Reasons being, neither Angels, nor humans can perform the works that he can. .Jesus, is God the Son. He is equal with God, in power.
His Ministry
The ministry of Jesus Christ, covered every profession in the field of Theology. He taught the people the message God the Father, gave him to deliver. And he demonstrated God’s power to them. In every place he entered, he performed miracles and delivered God’s message. That message, still stand. “ Repent!”
So great was his work, the reporters couldn’t record an accurate number of all the miracles he performed.
Jesus Christ Is The Sacrificial Offering for Sin
Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shall make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the Pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
He shall see the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many: for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong: because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

The Whip Described
This whip was to inflict severe pain. It was said to have consisted of a handle with about a dozen leather cords, having jagged pieces of sharp bones or metal (some say lead) at each end, to make the blows more painful and affective. The victim was tied to a post and the blows were applied to the bare back and loins. And occasionally, to the face. The flesh was cut in several places by each blow. This punishment is described as being so devastating, it’s victims often fainted, and some died. Under the law, and individual reportedly, was given up to 40 stripes.
The purpose of this punishment, was given to get a confession from the person being scourged. It is believed that Jesus received above 400 stripes. And, his beard was plucked off his face. So severe was his beating, that his appearance was unrecognizable. His beaten was more severe than any man had ever been given. Because, he was the most hated individual that had ever been punished.
As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:

Jesus Trial: Condemned and Sentenced to Death
Now the chief priests, and elders all the council, sought false witnesses against Jesus, to put him to death.. But found none; yea though many false witnesses, and said, this fellow said, "I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days." And the high priest rose and said unto him, "Answerest thou nothing? What is it which these witness against thee/ But Jesus held his peace and the high priest answered and said unto him, "I adjure thee bu the living God that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God."
Jesus said unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of Man sitting on the Right Hand of Power, and Coming In The Clouds of Heaven." Then, the high priest rent his clothes, saying, "He has spoken blasphemy; what think ye? they answered and said,"He is guilty of death." Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted him; and others smote him with the palms of their hands, saying, "Prophesy unto us, thou Christ, Who is he that smote thee?
*Buffet-a blow, something that strikes with a telling force.
When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against him to put him to death" and when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.
And Jesus stood before the governor and the governor asked him, saying, "Art thou the King of the Jews?" and Jesus said unto him, "Thou sayest." And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. Then said Pilate unto him, "Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
And he answered him to never a word; in so much that the governor marled greatly.
The People Choice
Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas. Therefore, when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, "Whom will ye that I release unto you?" Barabbas or Jesus which is called Christ?' Jesus is Crucified
Matthew 27:26-31 @ 33
Then the soldiers of the governor, took Jesus into the Common Hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers. And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. And, when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head; and they put a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, saying, "Hail King of the Jews!" And they spit upon him and took the reed, and smote him on his head. And after they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.
And when they were come to a place called Golgogatha, that is to say, "A Place of a Skull.".They gave him vinegar to drink. Chapter 5
God's Message to His People
Warning: Judges, Ministers, Priests, Governmental Heads, Lawyers
Scriptures:
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him: He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath bore our grief, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken , smitten of God and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his moth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, an as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? For he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich i his death; because he had done no violence, neither was and deceit in his mouth.
Isaiah 53:3-7
*Question: Why was Jesus sacrificed for the sins of others?
*Answer according to Scriptures:
"The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy;
yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully."
And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it; But I found none."
Ezekiel 22:29,30
The only hope:
Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Isaiah 7:14
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of host will perform this.
Isaiah 9:6,7
Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.
Then said I, Lo, I come in (the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots; That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, "They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast
lots. And sitting down , they watched him there; And set up over his head his accusation written,

"The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy;
yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully."

Can You Love Without Forgiving?
Pamela Nunley
When I wrote these scriptures for "Can You Love Without Forgiving?" I did not know at the time - God would make me share my heart, with strangers and friends too. But he has revealed his true purpose for me once again. He told me that I was his pioneer, when we walked together through the funeral home, as I prepared to bury my nineteen -years- old son. Then I told him he had the wrong daughter. I was neither a pioneer nor a very good daughter. He replied, "I know, but you will be." Today, I now know, what He knew then. I have matured and become the loving, faithful, and obedient daughter He created me to be.
I no longer say I can't do it, I say, Teach me Father, how to do your will, because I've learned the secret to true obedience. It is unconditional love, and a true passion for what you love, or rather whom you love. If you for any reason, find yourself questioning your walk with God our Father, exam where your heart is and why your desire for the things of God has lost some of its appeal. You will discover that you have replaced him with a new love, and now your passion is transferred to that new god in your life.
Passion in our Churches today is considered a dirty word, but let
me help you to understand passion in a different light. Real
passion is consuming. Like fire, it will burn you up from the inside
out if it is not given release. We can understand it in relationship
to a male and female context, and this is why the Church of today
dislike this word, it conjures up negative images of our flesh that
we hate to acknowledge are still there, just kept in check by God's
Grace. Well, I want to tell you that God said everything he made
was good, so He really did intend for passion to be good for you.
It's just that Satan came along and perverted our Father's perfect
plan for our life. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the
pride of life, will be with us until they bury us. We just have to
acknowledge that on our own, they are too much for us to fight but
with Christ Jesus as Lord of our life, we can defeat the enter me.
Intimacy, (in to me see) the enter me, that I hide even from myself
for fear of what might be revealed. You see, God knows that we
are clay. He made us, he knew that we would sin. But what we did
not know was that the sin, that we got caught in, was going to be
the key, to get us out of sin and into love and victory.
Satan tricked all of us - he showed us where passion could take us and he even allowed us to enjoy it. But like every counterfeiter, the danger is in getting caught. Once you are discovered, you have to deal with the fall out of your shame. For some, it is more painful to the ones we hurt, that even we feared. And yet, passion took you there.
Now our Father, is offering you the same chance to break free of your shame - and to use that same passion that destroyed all that you once held near and dear. He's a God of recovery, no matter how low. He specializes in brokenness, doubt, insecurity and blindness. He doesn't change, but he will pay you for all your dead stuff, with a new life and a new heart. You gain a heart of passion and compassion. He'll help you to be tender to others who like you, are hurting. See, that's the thing about passion, it consumes everything that it touches. So if you are in distress where you feel like, every thing you do, turns out wrong, and you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, you are just the person I'm writing to. God knew that I would share my heart and my desire, to see you free from bondage, so he allowed my heart to connect with yours if only for as long as this letter last.
All you have to pray is, Father God, I've sinned against heaven
and you. I repent of everything, and I ask you to have mercy on me. Father accept my life and use me for your glory. I need you Father to be Lord in and over my life. Thank you Father that you heard me and that I am now yours Lord. Find a good Church home and stay there no matter what, reckon yourself dead because what you were doing was definitely going to take you there. Ask our Father to direct you to a Teaching Church, so that you can grow in wisdom and knowledge and go back for your brothers and sisters. That's what he commanded us to do, once we have been strengthened in our enter man, to go back for our brother.
My Aunt asked me to write about how I de-stress my life and this is how I do it, I write my heart. I pray that in our connection you have been blessed.
Thank you very much for your patience and kindness in allowing me to share my heart with you.
I. God's Powerful Forgiveness: Psalm 103:1-14
1. Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
2. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,
3. Who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,
4. Who redeems your life from the Pit, who crowns you
with steadfast love, and mercy,
5. Who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that
your youth is renewed like the eagles
6. The Lord works vindication and justice for all who are
oppressed.
7. He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of
Israel.
8. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to ager and
abounding in steadfast love,
9. He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger
forever. (Punished)
10. He does not deal with us according to our sins,
nor requite us according to our iniquities, (dealt with us),
11. For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
(mighty, great)
12. As far as the east is from the west, so far does he
remove our transgressions from us.
13. As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities
those who fear him.
14. For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.
Gal. 5:25-26;6:1-8: "Be not deceived"
1. Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are
spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Look
to yourselves, lest you too be tempted (Wrong doing)
2. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
3. For if any one thinks he is something, when he is nothing,
he deceives himself. (Rom. 12:3)
4. But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to
boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor.
(1Cor. 11:28)
5. For each man will have to bear his own load.
6. Let him who is taught the word share all good things with
him who teaches. (communicate with those).
7. Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for whatever a
man/woman, sows, that he/she will also reap.
(It's coming up again in the same way you judged or worse).
8. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap
corruption; but he who sows to the Spirit will
from the Spirit reaps eternal life. (Gain everlasting life).
1Cor. 13:1-13: "The Greatest of These is Love"
1. If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love,
I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
2. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries
and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove
mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be
burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
4. Love is patient, and kind; love is not jealous or boastful;
5. It is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way;
it is not irritable or resentful;
6. It does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right.
7. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.
8. Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away;
as for tongues, they cease; as for knowledge it will pass away.
9. For our knowledge is imperfect and our prophecy is imperfect;
10. But when that which is perfect comes, the imperfect will pass away. (When I receive Christ heart; Christ in me and I am in him, our heart's become one; I see what he see in others and I feel what he feels for others).
11. When I was a child I spoke like a child, I thought like a child,
I reasoned like a child, when I became a
man/woman, I gave up childish ways.
12. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face;
Now, I know in part; then I shall understand fully, even as
I have been fully understood. (Phil. 3:12; 1John 3:2)
(I will know as I am known).
13. So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. (The ability to love as God/Christ love Agape; knowing that person and seeing, them as they will be rather than as they are). This is how God our Father saw and sees us in the Spirit, rather than in our flesh because in our fleshly form sometimes, we don't look like him.

I Believe In Miracles
Ellen J. Barrier
I Received a Miracle to Walk
Shared By: Arlene Manuel
“Get up! And Go Get It!”
Those are the words a voice said to me, when I was hospitalized and couldn’t walk. I needed a drink of water. I had my call-light on for a nurse, but no one came. After a long wait, I became very thirsty. I said, Lord, I need a drink of water very bad. And a voice said to me, “Go, And Get it!” I continued to say how thirsty I was, and how bad I needed that drink of water. The voice said to me again, “Get up! And Get It!”
I said, Lord, I can’t walk.
Then, he said, to me, “I said, Get up! And Go Get It!” I said, Lord, if this is you, I will walk. I sat up and was able to swing my feet over the side of the bed and sit up for the first time since my sickness. I stood up and was able to walk! I went to the nurse’s station to ask for some water. When the nurse saw me, she asked, “How did you get here?” I told her, the Lord brought me here. She said, “The Lord might have brought you here, but I’m taking you back.” She told me, she thought I was a ghost, because I couldn’t walk. My doctor was called. God healed me. I am walking, because I received a miracle.
Scriptures:
For he, shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.
Psalms 91
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Food For The Soul
Ellen J. Barrier
Provided by: Hazel M. Mason
Sometimes we get hung- up on the natural food, and have a tendency to forget about the need for spiritual food. The natural food cannot take us to Heaven. It will take the spiritual food to take us there. Trouble will come. And during these times of trials and tribulation, we need spiritual food to give us strength.
Matthew 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Amos 8:11
Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the Words of the Lord:
II Chronicles 7:14
If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; Then will I hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Elijah Is Fed By Ravens
1 Kings 17: 1-16
And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, as the Lord God, of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word. And the Word of the Lord came unto him, saying, Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there. So he went and did according unto the Word of the Lord: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook. And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land. And the Word of the Lord came unto him saying, Arise, get thee unto Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.
So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread, In thine hand. And she said, As the Lord thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go om and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it and die. And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said; but make me therefore a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after, make for thee and for thy son.
For thus said the Lord God, of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth." And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the Word of the Lord, which he spoke by Elijah.
2 Kings 4: 6
And it came to pass when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. He said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed.

Chapter 8:
Nutrition: God's Way for Mankind
Provided by: Hazel M. Mason
Sometimes we get hung- up on the natural food, and have a tendency to forget about the need for spiritual food. The natural food cannot take us to Heaven. It will take the spiritual food to take us there. Trouble will come. And during these times of trials and tribulation, we need spiritual food to give us strength.
